I have read that the WebEx XML API currently supports the following encodings (case insensitive):
 
ISO-8859-1 Latin-1
GB2312 Simplified Chinese, mainland China
EUC-KR Korean
Shift_JIS Japanese
BIG5 Traditional Chinese, Taiwan (This set may not work on all servers.)
 
Are you going to support any Russian encoding?

Hi Yuriy,
 
Starting with our WBS27 release we now support UTF-8.  Previous releases will not support any new character encodings.
