Importing Contacts using a CSV file

Has anyone successfully imported contacts into Webex using a standard CSV file? All my research suggested that it's only possible using a tab delimited file, despite the fact that Cisco¿s documentation suggests otherwise.
 
If you have successfully imported contacts using .CSV files, could you please let me know how you were able to do it?

I have successfully managed to figure out what needs to be done, so please ignore my original question.
