Test URL API against Sandbox?

I'm now looking at the URL API, but am unsure if I can actually test this against the sandbox site or not? Is it possible and if so, what would the base URL look like as it is typically https://<yoursite>.webex.com/<yoursite>/...... If testing of the URL is possible in the sandbox, what values should I use for <yoursite>? I've tried combination of the Site ID and Partner ID assigned to me but they have not worked.
