Moreover, dial in users cannot connect before the host connects either. here's an example SM command (after a successful login). https://our_site.webex.com/our_site/m.php?AT=SM&MN=test&PW=sp&YE=2010&MO=03&DA=15&HO=17&MI=30&DU=60&TZ=6&RO=0&AJ=1&AJMI=15&TC=4&MT=3&NT=1&NTOP=1 can you advise? thx, Jay

Mark as an Answer Submit Reply with Quote Quick Reply Hi Jay, Your URL API looks correct. Do your attendees get a specific error message returned when they try to join the meeting? I was able to test your API and join 15 minutes prior to the host. Please check to see if the WebEx webpage is correctly reflecting the 15 minute join before host option. To do this login to your webex site and goto the My Webex tab. Find the meeting you scheduled with the API and edit that meeting. Click on the Advanced Scheduler link at the top of the screen and click on the Date & Time tab located on the right side of the screen. You should see that the option is checked for join before host and that the time is set to 15 minutes. Thank you, Kingsley Lewis
