using remind in a meeting

Hello,
I am trying to add an reminder to a meeting, and i can get it to work. I followed the example in the docs,
<pre id="line1"><remind>
<enableReminder>true</enableReminder>
<sendEmail>true</sendEmail>
<daysAhead>0</daysAhead>
<hoursAhead>1</hoursAhead>
<emails>
<email>aciobanu@gmail.com</email>
</emails>
</remind>

with

<schedule>
<startDate>05/28/2010 12:15:00</startDate>
<openTime>300</openTime>
<duration>180</duration>
</schedule>

And no emails are sent, i checked the spam and everything, tried multiple times, tried sending only the hoursAhead or all 3 params to no avail.

Any ideas?</pre>
