What is the MaxSessionDuration as set by the administrator?

The XML API references the meeting duration for creating a new meeting, that defaults to 60, which must be no more than the MaxSessionDuration.  According to the 5.4 reference guide, the MaxSessionDuration is set by the WebEx Administrator and is defined in the Super Admin site.

I looked for this setting in the Site Settings and was unable to find it.  Where can I set the MaxSessionDuration?

Hi Brian,

MaxSessionDuration is a limitation placed on the meeting type itself, but this is really only an issue for developer sites that are
locked to 20 minute maximums. You will not have an issue with this on your production site, where sessions are hard locked to 24 hour maximum.

Thank you

Hi Kingsley:

First off, thanks for the quick reply!

I am currently testing in a production environment. Is there any way to set this higher than 24 hours?

I assume not :-\

Brian

Hi Brian,

Sorry,  but this is not currently adjustable.  If longer meetings are required you may want to look into reoccuring meetings as a work around.

Thank you

Bummer.  Thanks for your help!
