Tag Error:1, Found in tag CallControl

For any event we create, we see an error similar to this: Tag Error:1, Found in tag CallControl Could not invoke method "getMCMeetingInfo" on the object named "getMCMeetingInfoctrl" because: EXCEPTION: com.webex.product.framework.exceptions.ProductSiteApplicationException, MESSAGE: Corresponding Meeting not found The event does indeed exist. It can be hosted and attendees can join, but I have a feeling this may be the cause of one of the other issues we're experiencing. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Mark as an Answer Submit Reply with Quote Quick Reply Hi Aseem, I was able to duplicate this issue with an event created from the webex pages outside the scope of the XML API. I have escalated this to our tech support team for further investigation. In the future, if the error is not directly returned from the XML API , or URL API please contact our tech support team for immdeiate investigation. This also goes for any urgent issues that may be affecting your production site, API related or not. We want to make sure that any urgent errors are addressed immediatly. Thank you, Kingsley Lewis
