Hi,
 I am using WebEx Dev account for creating WebEx event using 'CreateEvent' XML API.
 For creating the event with 200 invitees it taking around 8 - 9 seconds. Is this limitation with dev account and I can expect better performance on production?
Please let me know alternate ways to improve the WebEx xml API response time?
