I'm trying to set-up a framework in which meetings are schedules using a Webex account, but are attended by users who do not necessarily have webex accounts, but whose email addresses are known before-hand. Is there a way to set these meetings up using the URL API and/or the XML API, so that they can have a fully-functioning teleconference without the Webex account signing in and hosting the meeting? If so, what is the best way of doing this?
