Hello, I do not believe the mobile application is capable of being the first attendee to join the session. The URL API is not capable of being the first to join the session. You should be able to join from the WebEx site from a computer once the openTime time has been reached. Once one attendee has joined, you will be able to join from the mobile client or URL API join link. As for your request, it looks good except for a couple problems. 750 is not a valid openTime, it can only be 5, 10, or 15 minutes (in seconds). In order to use extTelephonyDescription, the telephonySupport should be OTHER.

I would need to see your XML request and the WebEx URL you are using. Setting open time typically works to allow attendees to join before host but there could be other site settings preventing this as an option.

Hello Nathan I have set opentime to 900 but attendee is not allowed to access to meeting.

Hello, That element controls the audio portion of the conference. Usually, attendees must wait for the host to join before the audio starts. You will need to specify the openTime to allow attendees to join the web conference before host.

Hello, This is usually due to incorrect webExID or hostWebExId value. webExID and hostWebExId must be valid usernames on your WebEx site.

Hello, There is no createOneClickSession method, this error is another way of relaying that information. You can schedule a regular session using a user's OneClick settings by calling GetOneClickSettings and using the returned option values in your CreateMeeting request.

Hi Mary Jo, Unfortunately that option is not currently supported for Event Center through our APIs. Unless completely required, it is actually sometimes better to keep these sessions in your list of meetings as some requests (i.e. Lstmeetingattendee) rely on the existence of these sessions in order for data to be returned. Usage reports are only availalbe for 90 days, which cannot be modified. If you need usage reporting beyond that time, you should store the retrieved usage data using your own method.

If I want to keep usage reporting after 90 days, there is also an option or should I get data programmatically ?

Hello, Usage reporting is available via the XML API History Service and is available for 90 days after a session completes, regardless of whether it is deleted from the calendar. If you need past meetings to remain on the calendar, there is a scheduling option that deletes meetings automatically after they complete, which can be disabled with scheduling.

I use the WebEx XML API to create Meeting Center, and when the meeting is ended, the meeting seems to be removed if the scheduled date is prior to the current date. I can no longer access the meeting. I get the following error: errorCode = 060 001, reason = Corresponding Meeting not found. I can no longer retrieve the usage reporting because the meeting ID is not found. Is that the problem is related to the fact that I use a developer account? Is it possible to keep the meetings even when the scheduled date is exceeded?
