    <summary type="html">The URL API is a basic set of tools that allow HTML form based integration. The URL API leaves out many options for simplicity. XML API is the recommended method for integration in most cases. For functionality that is not available, you may be able to pursue a customization option through our professional services team. An alternate option would be to develop an email engine on the integration side that is triggered when the URL API is used to create a new user.</summary>

    <summary type="html">I am using the URL API to provision new accounts, and I am unable to find any reference in the API for the field that sends the "welcome" email when the account is created.  I'm using URL API for ver 27.  How can I turn that option on?
