Hi,

is there any way to automatically end a meeting that is currently in progress?

I am using the XML API and there is an operation "DelMeeting" which would be just fine but is not working for ongoing meetings. I would be happy also to find at least any kind of work-around, like specifying some end-time when creating the meeting, so the meeting automatically ends, when this time is reached.
Anyway the goal is to prevent the attendees from using the meeting for a longer time than they are supposed to.

Any help is very apprecieated

Best regards,
Steffen

Hi Steffen,

In order to end a meeting externally, you have to use the URL API command AT=KM or End Meeting command.  This command requires login and only the session host or the site administrator who knows the Partner ID is able to terminate the session.  Below are the following paramaters.

http://sitename.webex.com/sitename/w.php?AT=KM
&MK=MeetingKey
[&BU=BackURL]
[&PID=PartnerID]
[&WID=WebExID]
[&PW=Password]
[&SK=SessionTicket]
[&KA=KeepAlive]

Thank you
