Not reproducible via the API outside of the API integrated application
"The links just suddenly stop working!" In some cases this happens because the links from WebEx pages have been added to pages hosted outside the WebEx network. "Ripping" (cutting & pasting) links from WebEx pages is not supported. Look to WebEx API or Common Entry Points as a solution.
