Getting Started With XDE SDK

    Thank you for your interest in the XDE SDK, this section describes the steps for starting your integration.  There are three levels of access available.

    Guest

    As a guest user you can access all our educational resources and start learning about what XDE has to offer.  There is no registration for a guest user.

    Community

    A community member can download the SDK, contribute to the forums and access the XDE package repository.  This level of access requires that you first create a Cisco.com account.   Visit the registration page to create a user name and password.

     

    CDN Partner

    CDN partners have the same acess as community members but can also contribute new packages to the package repository.  Details on how to become a partner are prvovided below.

    CDN Program Requirements For New CDN Applicants
     
  1. Access the on-line Cisco Developer Network (CDN) program application
  2. Complete your company and contacts information
  3. Register your product by selecting Network and Service Management as the Cisco Technology
  4. Next under Cisco Technology Sub-Category, select XDE
  5. Next select XDE SDK as the Cisco Product
  6. Complete and submit your application
  7. After your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email notification of your acceptance into the CDN program with instructions to review the CDN program guidelines and accept the CDN program agreement
  8. After completing the above steps, please go to the XDE Tech Center to download the SDK and access the resources you will need to start developing XDE packages

    CDN Program Requirements For Existing CDN Member
  1. Log into your CDN partner dashboard
  2. Click on edit account to verify and update your company and contacts information
  3. Click on the Registered Product tab at the top
  4. Complete the sections with your product information
  5. To associate your product with XDE SDK, select Network and Service Management as the Cisco Technology
  6. Next under Cisco Technology Sub-Category, select XDE
  7. Select XDE SDK as the Cisco Product.
  8. Submit for approval
  9. You will be notified by email of your product registration acceptance
  10. Please go to the XDE Tech Center to download the SDK and access the resources you will need to start developing XDE packages
