AppDynamics Kotlin Plugin

Goal is to add full support for Kotlin BTs with correlation. So far this plugin will create BTs for incoming servlet transactions and complete inter thread correlation with CoRoutines.
Please create an issue for anything that is missing and I will add support as I can, this is a priority for us and we will make this complete.

Installation

Requires:
AppDynamics Java APM Agent v21.1+
Java 1.8+

place the release jar file into the /ver##.####.##/sdk-plugins directory
