Attend the 2-day coding experience (April 23 - 24)

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • Camp Create participants will have access to all DevNet Create has to offer, but completing the solution use case is a priority.
  • Attendees will be assigned to teams based on their skill sets and desired use case.
  • If attendees would like to work together specifically, that will be taken into consideration.
  • DevNet Developer Evangelists and Support Engineers will provide guidance on Cisco technologies.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Developers, designers, and enterpreneurers with experience in backend/frontend software development, systems analysis/architecture and familiarity with REST APIs.
WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?
Camp Create is your chance to work with Cisco technologies to tackle real world problems. Share your experience with all attendees and beyond, spreading ideas on how solutions can be built and seeding new ideas for future creations.

Pre-event
MEET AND GREET / WEBINARS
Meet with DevNet Advocates to go over use cases, brainstorm ideas, Q&A.
During event
(April 23-24, 2019)
PITCH SESSION
DevNet will provide some sample use cases, but think about what problem you would like to solve or solution you would like to build with your team. Pitch it and the group will vote on what they would like to work on!
BUILD AND HACK
Spend the 1 day before the conference and 1 day during the conference building the solution with your team. Desired conference talks can still be attended but creating a demo-ready solution is the goal.
CAMP CREATE DINNER
The evening of the first day, attend the Camp Create dinner sponsored by Presidio. Eat, drink, socialize and re-energize to dive back in!
CREATE AFTER DARK
At the end of the 2nd Camp Create day, take a break from working on your solution and network with attendees and staff.
FINISHED SOLUTION LIGHTNING TALKS
Demo the solution and discuss tools and methodologies employed.
Post-event
SHOW OFF YOUR SOLUTION & DEMO
Your solution will be featured on DevNet.

Blog and/or hold webinars that cover your experience at Camp Create and discussion your solution

2FILL IN THE QUESTIONS
In the registration form, make sure you answer the list of questions under “Camp Create Application” session. Provide your information, experience, and a use case you would like to pitch as a potential project.
