Enable Single Sign-On
Single sign-on (SSO) allows users to log in to GMM using their corporate account credentials.
As an admin, you can enable SSO by asking Cisco GMM support to integrate GMM with your corporate identity provider. Your corporate identity provider must be compliant with the SAML 2.0 protocol.
- Go to https://us.ciscokinetic.io/ or https://eu.ciscokinetic.io/ and click Help > Contact Us.
- Select General Help and enter a request to start the SSO integration. Click Submit.
- The Cisco support team will contact you to start the integration process. As part of this:
- You will need to provide the identity provider's SAML metadata and the email domain(s) that will use SSO.
- Cisco will provide the required metadata for your identity provider.
- Wait for Cisco and your identity provider to complete the SSO setup.
- After SSO setup is complete, add users to GMM.
- Users must be added to GMM with an email address and a GMM role.
- New users will receive a confirmation email but will not be prompted to change their password. They will use their corporate credentials to login instead.
