Request an initial account

To request a new account for your organization, create a support request. This account can be used to add additional GMM users for your organization.

Go to https://us.ciscokinetic.io/ or https://eu.ciscokinetic.io/ and click Support to request a new account, if necessary.

  1. Contact your Cisco Partner for access to the GMM platform (find a Cisco Partner).
  2. After your account is created, open the open the confirmation email and click the confirmation link.
  3. Enter and reenter a password and click Change my password.
  4. You will be redirected to your Cisco GMM Cloud Application.

Next steps:

  • Add users if you have admin privileges and want to provide access to additional people.
  • Manage accounts and customers to create additional "Accounts" used to resell services to individual "Customers", or to separate and organize the SP's organizations.
  • Enable single sign-on to allow users to log in to GMM using their corporate account credentials.
