Onboard Power Supplies

The HDK's onboard power supplies are sized to power the HDK circuitry, Cisco Extender Module (EM), and specified EVK boards only via USB connector and 15W total PoE PSE power limited by the available PD input power to the Host AP.

PSE functionality requires uPoE/802.3bt input power to the Host AP

If HDK power loading is in excess of the Host AP's power capacity, the HDK is shut down by the Host
