High Availability

• ASAc on Cat9k supports stateless HA and leverages the IOX HA infra of the Catalyst series switches.

• ASAc will be running only on the active switch. ASAc on the standby is in a ready to run state.

• Configurations are synced between the active & standby every 15mins.

• ASAc configurations are persistent across switchover.

• ASAc license is shared between active & standby.

• On initiating a switchover, downtime of around 90sec is expected for the ASAc on the standby to start processing the traffic.
