Cisco Observability Platform Actions API

Cisco Observability Platform Actions API is currently beta and is subject to change. If you adopt a beta API, it may not be fully compatible with future versions.

An action is a predefined, reusable, automated response to a health violation. The Cisco Observability Platform provides HTTP REST API that enables you to manage HTTP actions and perform the following tasks:

• Create and store an action of the supported types.
• Associate an action or a set of actions with health rule violation events using triggers.
• Associate an action or a set of actions with Anomaly Detection violation events using triggers.
• Create actions templates such as email, Slack, or PagerDuty notifications and ServiceNow tickets. For more information, see Predefined Variables.
