API Updates
For the most recent news and announcements of the Cisco XDR API, please visit the Cisco XDR Community. This is your primary source for official updates and any important information regarding the Cisco XDR API. For detailed technical changes, refer to the API Changelog.
Community
Use the DevNet Community to get general best practices, help, tips, or examples using Cisco APIs. Free to any DevNet member, simply log in and post your questions in the Cisco XDR forum.
Technical Assistance
For API issues that cannot be resolved with the above resources or is an urgent issue, developers can open a case with Cisco Support in Support Case Manager:
- In your browser, go to the Support Case Manager.
- In Support Case Manager, click Open New Case > Open Case.
- Click the Ask a Question radio button and search for your Cisco Security Product Serial Number or Product Service Contract. This should be the serial number or service contractfor Cisco XDR or the Security product through which you have access to Cisco XDR.
- On the Describe Problem page, enter a Title and Description of the problem (mention Cisco XDR in the title).
- Click Manually select a Technology and search for Cisco XDR.
- Choose the appropriate technology that represents your issue from the list and click Select.
- Complete the remainder of the form and click Submit.
