Internal Domains

In Cisco Secure Access, you can create and manage a list of bypass domains through the Cisco Secure Access Internal Domains API. DNS queries for destinations in the domains list bypass the Secure Access DNS resolvers and instead route through your local DNS servers. You can find the Secure Access Internal Domains API endpoints under the deployments scope.

Rate Limits for Internal Domains

Secure Access enables rate limits on the Internal Domains API endpoints. For more information, see Rate Limits > Internal Domains.

Request Headers

Unless specified, the Secure Access API endpoints use JSON for all requests and responses.

Note: For POST, PUT, and PATCH operations, set the HTTP Content-Type header to application/json in your API request.
