Authentication

The authentication API allows you to configure a connection to a Microsoft Active Directory (AD) server. You can specify that all users who exist in AD have access to Customer Collaboration Platform, or you can specify a single group of AD users.

This API is represented on the Customer Collaboration Platform user interface by the System Administration panel on the Administration tab.
