The Caller Does Not Give Confirmation

If the If step determines that the maximum number or retries has been reached, the script executes the False output branch.

Configure the False output branch of the If step to skip the rest of the steps under the Simple Recognition step and fall through to the second Play Prompt step (see The Play Prompt Step).
