Enable SSL for Active Directory on the Customer Collaboration Platform Server

Step 1

Enter the URL https://<servername>/cmplatform or use the Platform Administration link in the System Administration panel to open the Cisco Unified Operating System Administration page.

Step 2

Select Security > Certificate Management.

Step 3

Click Upload Certificate.

Step 4

For the Certificate Name, select tomcat-trust.

Step 5

In the Upload File field, click Browse and locate the file to upload. Select the certificate file you saved from the Active Directory server.

Step 6

Click Upload File.

Step 7

Run the CLI command utils service restart Cisco Tomcat to restart the Cisco Tomcat service.
