Input tab (Generic Recognition step)
Use the Input tab of the Generic Recognition step to control how long it waits for input.
The following table describes the properties of the Input tab of the Generic Recognition customizer window:

Amount of time that the step waits for a response before timing out. Enter delay time in seconds or enter an expression. |

Number of times a new entry can be entered after a timeout or invalid key. |

Yes—The system erases previously entered DTMF input before capturing caller input. No—The system does not erase previously entered input before capturing caller input. |
