Note

You must start the Cisco Unified CCX Editor and log on immediately after installation, while the system where it is installed can still reach the Cisco Unified CCX cluster from which it was downloaded. This step is necessary so that you can specify the IP address of the Cisco Unified CCX Server so that the Cisco Unified CCX Editor can download additional required information from the Cisco Unified CCX cluster. When you log on for the first time, you must also log on as a named user with a password. You should not attempt to log on anonymously for the first time.
