Customers

Enterprises that work with other organizations to distribute, resell, or manage subsets of their connected device deployments may choose to create customers in Control Center. These customers can represent entities such as:

  • Distributors
  • Subsidiaries
  • Internal departments or business units
  • System integrators
  • Resellers

Account users can view and manage devices, connectivity, and billing for the account’s customers. Accounts can also create Control Center users associated with their customers. With access to Control Center these customer users can assume first line support responsibility for the customer's wireless deployments.
