SMS Messages

Control Center supports two types of SMS messages:

• SMS MT (mobile-terminated messages sent to the device)
• SMS MO (mobile-originated messages sent from the device)

Using the API, you can send an SMS message to a device, search for a particular message, and examine message details. Be aware that when searching or viewing SMS details, the API has access to messages between the device and Control Center only. You cannot search or view SMS messages between the device and another SMS client.
