ZTP Config API

While adding a device via ZTP (Zero Touch Provisioning) for onboarding, user needs to provide image and config file details to be applied during the onboarding process. Image info is optional, but config info is mandatory. User needs to provide config file details that will be used during device onboarding.

Before it can be used for device onboarding, user needs to create the config file details in CNC (Crosswork Network Controller). Config service supports functions related to config files used by ZTP service during device onboarding.

ZTP Config APIs supports the following operations:

• Get types of supported configs
• Get details of supported platforms, families and versions
• Config file download
• Config file delete
• Get Config file details
