DTMF Input

To handle DTMF input, VoiceXML uses either an external media server or the Cisco VVB, which can handle all DTMF applications.

Use W3C XML grammar to enable external media server to collect DTMF input. Use Cisco specific DTMF grammar to enable Cisco VVB to collect DTMF input.
