SNMP v1v2 Community String

Community string is created in both the database and all the devices listed in the request.

Note	In case the server list is NULL or EMPTY, the community string will be created in all the managed servers.

Based on the IP address being passed for servers, duplicate entries are removed while processing. The identifier for the Community String is the Community Name.
