VXMLapp Files

These APIs let authorized users to manage the vxmlapp files on the CVP Servers. This will be functionally similar to the CVP OAMP -> Bulk Administration -> File Transfer -> VXML applications functionality available in Unified CVP OAMP

By default, all the file operations will be applied internally on all the vxml servers in the CVP cluster controlled by the OAMP on which the config application is running.
