CX Cloud API

The CX Cloud Application Programming Interface (API) allows customers and partners to programmatically access and consume Cisco CX Cloud data in a secure and scalable manner. They remove barriers to enterprise automation, increase productivity, shorten sales cycles, and reduce operating expenses. Access information and use Cisco intellectual capital in new and innovative ways to increase productivity and add new value to their business.

Learn about the CX Cloud API and how to integrate data from CX Cloud with internal tools, systems, and applications. Using industry-standard authentication and role-based authorization, the CX Cloud API provides a trusted scalable platform to support diverse consumption models like mobile applications, smart devices, and web-based applications.

The CX Cloud API is based on Representational State Transfer (REST) patterns and uses either JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Comma-Separated Values (CSV), or Tab Separated Values (TSV) data formats. It supports filtering, pagination, sorting, and chunked transfer encoding. For examples and more information about features that enable the optimization and manipulation of responses, refer to Browsing, Sorting, Filtering, and Rate Limits.
