If support is required for any reason, open a Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) case.

To reach TAC, choose from the following options:

Creating a Case in CX Cloud

To create a case:

  1. Navigate to the Cases tile in CX Cloud.

  2. Select the CX Cloud Support selection from the Open a Case drop-down list.

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the form.

Created cases display on the Cases page.
