The Customer Satisfaction Survey is optional and appears once every 90 days on your IoT Operations Dashboard. It is auto-generated.
If you do not submit your survey score, or you cancel the survey, the survey will not be presented to you for another 90 days. However, you can submit your feedback using the Feedback Form in the blue Guide me! button. The Feedback Form (different from the Customer Satisfaction Survey) is always available in Guide me! and is optional. You can also ask about new features here.
As part of the survey, we collect user information such as user name, email address, and organization ID (all editable, if you wish to be anonymous).
Here's what your Customer Satisfaction Survey scores mean:
0-6 = Dissatisfied. You are not satisfied with our product and it doesn't meet your expectations.
7-8 = Neutral. You are not enthusiastic or happy using our product, but it somewhat meets your expectations.
9-10 = Satisfied. Our product performs well and meets your expectations.
If you give a 0-6 score, you will hear from a Cisco IoT Operations Dashboard team member to discuss your feedback. We want to hear from you on how we can improve our product.
