Log in to IoT Operations Dashboard
If you have an account
- Enter the URL in a supported web browser:
- Enter your email address.
- If prompted for a Cisco IoT OD password, enter the password you created when activating your account.
- If redirected to your company's login page, enter the password for your corporate account.
- As a second factor of the authentication, enter the OTP (6-digit code) sent to your email as part of MFA.
- Select a organization, if available.
If you received a confirmation email
A confirmation email is sent when someone creates an account for you.
- Open the confirmation email and click the link.
- Follow the prompts to create your new password with the following rules and log in:
- The password must have a minimum of 10 characters.
- The password must have at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one numerical, and one special character.
- The password must not contain your email ID or name.
Note: The user account is temporarily locked after five unsuccessful attempts. After five minutes, the account gets unlocked, and it is available for the next cycle of five attempts.
Tip: To resend the confirmation email, open the login page, enter your email address, click Forgot password. Enter the email address for your IoT OD account.
Reset password
This procedure is applicable to all new users. Existing users can continue with the old password policy until they reset their password or their password expires.
Click the "people icon" in the far right of the header. Click > My Profile.
Scroll down and click Change Password.
A Change Password sub-screen opens.
Enter the Current Password and the New Password. Carefully Confirm Password.
Note:
- The password must have a minimum of 10 characters.
- The password must have at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one numerical, and one special character.
- Click Save.
