You need to onboard the Cisco LoRaWAN network devices and sensors using the Cisco Industrial Asset Vision mobile app. Please refer to the section Onboarding Network Devices and Sensors for instructions on how to onboard the sensors and the network devices using the mobile app.

Industrial Asset Vision dashboard

Cisco Industrial Asset Vision Dashboard is a simple cloud-based lightweight graphical user interface. It provides the visualization of the asset location and telemetry data. It provides support for GIS (geographic information system) map views, overlay assets, and location breadcrumbs. In the map, hover over Map Options to toggle between default and satellite view. View Geofences by turning on the option in Map Options. The Industrial Asset Vision Dashboard shows details about the Assets, Sensors, Network Devices present in the inventory, Active Alerts generated in the system (the alerts which occurred the first time in the last 30 days), System Health, and Reports. It provides the ability to add, update assets and network devices in the inventory, assign/unassign sensors, and integrate external applications.

Note: Support for Bridges is available to select EFT customers by request. Please contact your Cisco support representative for assistance.

The dashboard also shows the Organization Hierarchy (refer here for more information on Organization Hierarchy) and only the levels accessible to the currently logged-in user are shown in bold text. Selecting a specific level in the hierarchy will filter the data and widget values of the entities present under that hierarchy level and all of its child levels. The filtered entities and the alerts associated with these are displayed in the right pane of the page. The number next to a level is the Alerts count for that level which by default shows the aggregated alerts count (count of alerts on that level and the levels below). If you want to see only counts for the specific organization level, then, you click Settings located on the top of the organization hierarchy and select Local Alerts under Number Display. Clicking on the total Assets, Sensors, Network Devices, and Alerts takes you to the respective pages. In those pages, the level that you select in the Organization Hierarchy page will be pre-selected automatically. This persists across logins as long as you use the same browser. The Organization Hierarchy pane can be collapsed.
