View IW device details

Device details

The dashboard page shows the list of devices filtered based on the organization hierarchy level that is selected. Clicking on any device redirects to the device details page. Under the details page, the summary and configuration tabs are available for the device.

Summary tab

The Summary tab displays:

• Status of the device
• The details of the device such as IP address, model, last heard, firmware version, and mode
• Licensing level for Mesh end and global gateway devices

Configuration tab

The Configuration tab allows to:

• edit the configuration
• fix the mismatch configuration if the device is running with different config
• view the detailed configuration which compares the cloud information of the IoT OD with the last heard information of the device
• launch upgrade to the latest firmware version
