Cisco IOx: Getting Started with the Cisco ISR4K/ASR1K Industrial Integrated Services Router

This document describes how to get started with your Cisco ISR4K/ASR1K Integrated/Aggregation Services Routers when using Cisco IOx. It explains to how install and connect the router, configure Cisco IOS to enable access to Cisco IOx, manage an IOx app either using IOS CLIs or Cisco IOx Local Manager, and run a sample app. This document also provides an overview of the Cisco IOS command line interface.

This document assumes the following: * You are familiar with the operating system of the computer that you are connecting to the router * A serial communication program such as PuTTY is installed on your computer and you are familiar with the operation of this program * You familiar with low voltage DC wiring or have assistance from someone who is * You are using Cisco IOS XE release 16.8 or later and the Docker toolchain release 1.26 or later
