Overlaying Jabber UC functionality with Collaboration-Enabled Business Transformation (CEBT)
It is now possible to overlay your Jabber UC functionality within your web application with CEBT from Cisco.
CEBT provides a technology layer that automatically knows when business processes should happen, which then triggers the appropriate Unified Communications action (for example, a voice message, IM, Webex, video call, etc) within your Jabber-enabled web app.
For example, when an inventory item is malfunctioning within your inventory-maintenance app, the CEBT process highlights and prompts the relevant trigger (for example, it sends an IM to the relevant contact or prompts a Webex discussion) with no human interaction.

What is the exact definition of CEBT?
CEBT is a business and technology architecture approach for accelerating and simplifying business processes.
