Sharing a Lab via Workbench

You can share access to a lab that you own via the lab’s Permissions tab in the Workbench. If your account has the admin role, you may share access to _any_ lab in this way.

Note

A lab owner can only share a lab with groups to which they already belong.

Procedure

In the Workbench, click the Permissions tab in the lower pane.

In either the Read Only or Read/Write dropdown, select the groups with which you would like to share the current lab.

Click Save to save your changes.

The members of the selected groups are granted permissions to view the lab. Members of read/write groups are also granted permissions to modify the lab.
