Adding Queues to Media Channels
The next step is to add the specific queue that will handle the Tasks in that channel (MRD). CCE has two types of queues: Skill Groups and Precision Queues.
Procedure

Precision
Queues from theManage menu.
The
Manage Skill
Groups screen is displayed.

| Step 2 | Enter the
Name
and assign the skill group to the
Media Routing
Domain.

| Step 3 | Assign the
Precision
Queue to the MRD. Click
Save.
