About Webex Team Notifications
Webex Team Notifications provides an easy ability to receive important information via the Webex Teams. The below are the instances where you will receive a Team Notification posting as Xpresso Bot.
- Job Requests - Running (or) Terminal states(Stopped,Errored,Passed,Failed,Expired)
- Job Results - Passed (or) Terminal states(Stopped,Errored,Passed,Failed,Expired)
- Testbed/Topology Reservations - States that the User/Submitter selects from the UI while reserving a Testbed/Topology
- Testbed - Available
- Docker Images - Successful, Failed, Errored
- Job Scheduling - Created, Deleted, Updated, Enabled, Disabled
Who will receive the Webex Team Notifications
- Job Requests - Users listed in the "Interest List" while configuring a Job Request in the UI
- Job Results - Users listed in the "Interest List" while configuring a Job Request in the UI
- Testbed/Topology Reservations - Users listed in the "Interest List" while reserving a Testbed/Topology in the UI
- Testbed Status - Testbed Submitter,Users listed in the "Interest List" while reserving a Testbed/Topology in the UI
- Docker Images - User who submits the request to Pull/Build an Image
- Job Scheduling - Users listed in the "Interest List" while configuring the Schedule
How will you receive the Webex Team Notifications
You can enable your preference for receiving the bot notifications in the Profile - My Preferences - Settings menu. By default it will be disabled. Once enabled, the Webex Team will notify you of the above scenarios as "Xpresso Bot"
