EOH Streaming Queue Music delivers live streaming music and branding content to contact center queues. Content can be any combination of the following: licensed mainstream music, licensed stock music, user provided content, custom voiced announcements. This solution, developed specifically for Cisco VVB 12.5+, produces an enhanced caller experience while alleviating inconveniences and limitations associated with audio file based content.
While callers are in queue, they must decide whether to wait or disconnect. A streaming audio content platform is needed to serve relevant music and/or messaging that is proven to decrease call abandonment, inform callers and build brand loyalty. Marketing or contact center managers are able to choose specific content for playback at specific times. The cloud-based service provides streams carried on unique URLs that connect to hundreds of concurrent calls. The appliance-based service (on-premise virtual machine) carries stream(s) to thousands of concurrent calls. Different URLs can carry unique content to various queue groups. Streams are 8 Bit PCM audio (low bandwidth consumption) with redundant server architecture for maximum uptime. Developed by Easy On Hold in tandem with Cisco VVB engineers as an easy-to-integrate, reliable, maintenance-free queue audio alternative.
