Genea integrates with Webex by Cisco to act as a physical security incident management platform. Customers will need a Genea Access Control account, and an active Webex account in order to utilize the Webex by Cisco integration.
- Access Control Notifications - Genea can notify you via Webex when important events occur on your property, such as Door Held Open Alarms, Door Forced Alarms, Controller Online/Offline, AC Power Failure, Battery Backup Failure etc
- Audit Log Notifications - Genea can notify you via Webex when changes are made to your access system, including creating or deactivating users, issuing or revoking keys, or making changes to schedules etc
- Visitor Log Notifications - Genea can notify you via Webex when visitors check in at your property.
