Solve customer service and support tickets from your spaces with the Zendesk bot for Webex.
Description

The Zendesk bot for Webex makes your help desk a little extra helpful. Get notified when the status of a ticket changes, then hop on chat or a call to solve it with your team.

Note: You need a Zendesk administrator account to set up workflows.

Connect the Zendesk bot to your spaces to receive customizable notifications such as:

  • Ticket Created
  • Ticket Opened
  • Ticket Marked as Pending
  • Ticket Solved
  • Ticket Closed

To get started, go to your selected Webex space, then type "@" and select Zendesk, followed by the command: help.
