Termination of Cisco Context Service

Cisco announced the termination of the Cisco Context Service feature of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise solutions on all supported versions. The functionality will not be available after the 30th of June 2020. More information about this termination can be found on the Context Service Product Bulletin .

Context Service Context Service allows you to follow a customer's journey across applications by connecting interaction data together and storing it in the cloud.
