Developer Support from DevNet

DevNet now offers two types of support for developers creating solutions using Cisco APIs:

  1. Forum Support

    Free to any logged-in DevNet member. Simply log in and post your questions in the appropriate forum.

  2. Case Support

    For specific technologies developers can purchase Case Support Tickets with a Credit Card or a Purchase Order to gain access to a Cisco Engineer.

Remember - when you sign up for DevNet, you are entitled to Forum Support (together with software downloads, sample code, documentation). It's only the Case-based support that has a fee.
